Recruiting is more than placing candidates. I find it extremely fulfilling to assist attorneys in analyzing their current situations and how to accomplish their goals, whether today or down the road. With extensive knowledge of the lateral market, I approach every search with care, meticulous attention to detail, and sensitivity to the various moving pieces. Aside from my lighthearted and candid nature, you can be confident that I’ll handle every step with the right mix of empathy and guidance.

Kaitlyn collaborates with employers and candidates alike, adeptly facilitating connections that align on both ends. Growing up, I was a competitive cheerleader and now I have transitioned that passion into coaching. At FAME Allstars, I coach children ages 12 -18 and prepare them for local and national competitions. I am an avid supporter for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) and one of my favorite annual events to raise awareness is the Light the Night Walk. I love spending time with my husband and rescued French bulldog, and always welcome the chance to indulge in my passions for tennis, pasta, and wine, but not necessarily in that order.
