Lynn Mehler and Phil Katz, previously Partners at Hogan Lovells, have joined Paul Hastings as Partners in the firm's Life Sciences Regulatory Practice. The pair counsel pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients on FDA regulatory matters across the product life cycle.

Matthew Morrison, previously Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, has joined Baker Botts as Partner in the firm's Environmental Law Practice. Matthew's practice focuses on Clean Air Act issues, including those pertaining to criteria pollutants, hazardous air pollutants and greenhouse gases.

Christopher Pinto, previously Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, has joined Akerman as Partner in the firm's Healthcare Practice Group. Christopher's practice includes representing insurers in litigation against the U.S. government, as well as handling complex litigation involving all healthcare entities, including payors, providers, pharmacy benefit managers(PBMs), and pharmacies.
