Justin Becker, previously Partner at Baker McKenzie, has rejoined Sidley Austin as Partner in the firm's Chambers Band 1 Global Arbitration, Trade & Advocacy Practice. Justin has extensive experience representing clients in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, advising on trade policy and national security investigations.

Nichole Shustack, previoulsy Partner at Nutter, has joined ArentFox Schiff as Partner in the firm's Food, Drug, Medical Device & Cosmetic Practice. Nichole counsels public and private companies of every size, from household names to startups, on day-to-day operations and growth strategies, including compliance with federal and state regulations, trade practices, commercial agreements, distribution matters, and coordination of actual and potential recalls.

Ellen Rosenblum, former Oregon Attorney General, has joined Freshfields as Senior Counsel and leader of the firm's State Attorneys General Practice. Ellen has experience in government enforcement, regulatory compliance and litigation and guides clients through complex investigations and enforcement actions.

Katherine Celeste Speegle, previously Assistant Chief in the Transportation, Energy & Agriculture Section at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, has joined Duane Morris as Partner in the firm's Trial Practice Group. Katherine's practice focuses on complex antitrust investigations and litigation, with particular experience in merger review and enforcement actions, conduct investigations, and trial work involving highly regulated industries.

Taylor Kiessig, previously Special Counsel in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, has rejoined Eversheds Sutherland as Partner in the firm's Tax Practice Group. Taylor advises clients on US federal and international tax planning, cross‑border transactions, and the taxation of financial products.

Gregory Lantier and Alexis Cohen, previously Partners at WilmerHale, have joined Sidley Austin as Partners in the firm's Litigation Practice. Gregory focuses on disputes involving intellectual property, including utility patent, design patent, copyright, and trade secret infringement, as well as IP ownership and licensing lawsuits. Alexis focuses her practice on the medical device and life sciences industries.

James Gilliam, John Connell, Rachel Gilbert, Catherine Kirkland and Renee Rayne, previously Partners at Burr & Forman, have joined King & Spalding as Partners in the firm's Healthcare Practice. The group will focus on commercial healthcare litigation.

Peter's practice focuses on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters relating to commodities, digital assets, derivatives, and securities products regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission(CFTC) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC).
