Kristen “Kris” Kennedy

As Garrison’s Senior Accounting and Human Resources Administrator, Kris is responsible for many of the business functions critical to the firm’s day-to-day operations. She manages accounting and financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting, and helps oversee the firm’s human resources and employee benefits programs. Kris brings more than 25 years of accounting, financial operations, and human resources experience, most of it within executive search. Over the course of her career, she has held progressively senior roles with responsibility for accounting, payroll, benefits, financial reporting, and human resources. She has worked closely with senior leadership and has extensive experience supporting the financial and operational needs of growing businesses. Her experience includes managing complex commission-based payroll, overseeing accounts payable, receivable, billing and collections, administering retirement, health, and disability benefits, and managing financial operations across multiple business entities. Kris brings to Garrison a combination of hands-on financial expertise, attention to detail and a practical understanding of the people and operational needs of a professional services firm.
