Seth Barsky joins Bracewell

Seth Barsky, previously Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice, has joined Bracewell as Partner in the firm's Environment, Lands and Resources Department. Seth will advise clients on federal environmental and natural resources law, including permitting, regulatory counseling and litigation, and interagency policy coordination.
