Robert Hagan and Rebecca O’Brien, previously Partners at Clifford Chance, have joined Sidley Austin as Partners in the firm's Global Finance Practice. Robert has experience in securitization and structured finance matters. Rebecca has experience across securitization transactions involving a wide range of asset classes, as well as derivatives, and regularly counsels clients on cross-border regulatory matters, including the U.S. risk retention rules, the Volcker Rule, the Investment Advisers Act, NAIC considerations, and EU and UK securitization regulations.
