Ranan Well, previously Partner at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, has joined Goodwin Procter as Partner in the firm’s Asset Management Transactions Practice. Mr. Well’s practice primarily focuses on the asset management industry, where he represents asset managers, wealth managers and other financial services firms, private equity firms, investors and other participants in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund reorganizations and adoptions, joint ventures and strategic transactions, control and minority investments, and restructurings.
