Mr. Well’s practice primarily focuses on the asset management industry, where he represents asset managers, wealth managers and other financial services firms, private equity firms, investors and other participants in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund reorganizations and adoptions, joint ventures and strategic transactions, control and minority investments, and restructurings.
