Kenneth Polite, former Senate-confirmed Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division, will join Sidley Austin on October 1,2023, as Partner and global co-leader of the firm’s White Collar: Government Litigation and Investigations Practice.
