David Yang, previously Partner at Maynard Nexsen, has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as Partner. David's experience ranges from litigating protests, claims, and other disputes before the U.S. Government Accountability Office, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Small Business Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals, and numerous other federal agencies to representing clients before state and federal courts nationwide.
