Christopher Pinto, previously Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, has joined Akerman as Partner in the firm's Healthcare Practice Group. Christopher’s practice includes representing insurers in litigation against the U.S. government, as well as handling complex litigation involving all healthcare entities, including payors, providers, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and pharmacies.
