Chris advises high-tech clients on patent infringement and validity disputes across several forums, including the U.S. District Courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
