Brian Nieves, previously Chief of Staff in the Office of the Deputy Attorney General under Todd Blanche, has joined Holtzman Vogel as Partner. Brian will advise clients on government investigations, white-collar defense, regulatory compliance, congressional oversight and high-stakes enforcement matters.

Richard Slowinski and Stefanie Kavanagh, previously Partners at Alston & Bird, have joined Baker & Hostetler as Partners in the firm's Tax Practice Group. They will focus their practices on transfer pricing, advance pricing agreements, cross-border tax planning and tax controversy for domestic and international businesses.

Rachael Kent and Danielle Morris, previously Partners at WilmerHale, have joined Gibson Dunn as Partners in the firm's International Disputes Group. They bring extensive experience handling complex international disputes in common law and civil law jurisdictions worldwide across a variety of sectors including energy, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and technology, as well as disputes involving public international law and investment protections.

Susan Carney Lynch, previously Senior Trial Counsel at the Department of Justice, has joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner as Partner in the firm's Litigation and Investigations Department. Susan will focus on healthcare litigation, False Claim Act(FCA) litigation, regulatory compliance and white-collar matters.

Ginger Faulk, previously Partner at Eversheds Sutherland, has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as Partner in the firm's Global Regulation and Investigations Practice. Ginger represents large companies in economic sanctions, cross-border trade, and related regulatory matters before agencies including OFAC and CFIUS.

Jeffrey has argued cases before the Supreme Court and is an appellate advocate for bet-the-company litigation.
