Scott Jablonski, previously Partner at Berger Singerman, has joined Husch Blackwell as Partner in the firm's Financial Services & Capital Markets Group. Scott advise clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, including complex Middle Market buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and other private securities offerings, borrower-side commercial loan transactions, and other corporate finance transactions.
