Michael Kimberly, previously Partner at McDermott Will & Emery, has joined Winston & Strawn as Partner and Co-Chair of the Appellate & Critical Motions Practice. Michael is an appellate lawyer who argued cases before the Supreme Court and delivered appellate arguments in state and federal court of appeals.
