Elliot Kaye joins Cooley
Elliot Kaye, former chair of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), has joined Cooley as Partner in the firm’s Global Product Safety, Compliance and Litigation Group. Elliot's practice will focus on regulatory and enforcement challenges faced by companies making and selling an array of products – ranging from household goods to new technologies powered by artificial intelligence.
