David Marcinkus joins Dechert
David Marcinkus, previously Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, has joined Dechert as Partner in the firm's Financial Services Group. David advises asset managers, investment funds and financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters under the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act, with a particular focus on innovative fund structures and complex affiliated transaction issues.
