Christine Lane joins Crowell & Moring
Christine Lane, previously Partner at Hogan Lovells, has joined Crowell & Moring as Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Tax Group. Ms. Lane brings in-depth experience guiding clients on all aspects of tax planning for corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations, as well as advising on structuring, both in the context of IPOs and private equity/private placements, for established and early-stage growth companies.
