Description Long-standing G&S client with growing footprint in Baltimore seeks to add accomplished business litigation (“BL”) partner or small group to complement the existing litigation depth of this office and of the firm generally (70+ in BL). The ideal lateral will have a practice representing local and national clients in business torts, contract disputes, securities and investment fraud litigation, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, class action litigation, and professional malpractice matters. Firm provides good trial lawyer resources with efficiency enhancing litigation management solutions and offers a reasonable/flexible billing rate structure resulting in better value to clients. Portable business of $800K+ is required. **Firm offers top of market compensation, an excellent management team and employs a full-time business development professional in Baltimore to help target, win and expand one’s business.
