Boutique well-run and has operational aspects of practice (and office) management and support mastered, eliminating the hassle factor for large firm attorney with modest practice who seeks a more rate friendly($375-$475 partner level billing rate), regionally focused platform. Expectation is that attorney with modest ($500K) portable revenues initially would affiliate as a counsel and within short time frame, move into partnership. *Firm values work/life balance with partners billing approximately 1500 hours annually.
